this posts consists on updates that i didn't blog out throughout the week...so reader's caution. it may be long...

25th december
went out for dinner with josh in the night at orchard. my cousin said the previous night that people must be mad to go to orchard on christmas day. so i guess we're both mad cos the crowd was like WOAH! it was like there was a sea of people. really alot of people. had dinner at a restaurant at paragon. but i ate a little at home so wasn't really feeling hungry. the meal was nice though. received a nice card. heartfelt.

26th december
the fateful day. all in all it was quite a hectic day. with arrangements with friends that were either not kept or suddenly impulsed. poor eleanor fell sick and couldn't come. yvette had a family gathering. sharlyn had a class bbq. so only left poot shiqi from my jc who's coming. it was really touching cos i asked her why she still wanted to come, you know like her being the only person meaning she had to eat alone and sit alone during the play. she said she'd promised me already that she'd come and support me. so she wanted to come. so sweet right. shiqi is so dear!!! so she really came. hanrong and jamie came too. i kinda was too longwinded and kept messaging them to talk to shiqi and stuff. it must be quite awkward since they dont know each other. but i really was happy to see them come. esp like since many people backed out and stuff. hanrong isn't even that close to me to begin with. glad that he's trustworthy. and so i jamie for being the 'overall co-ordinator' and stuff. and shiqi for being the sweetest dear ever.
during the rehearsal before the actual play. cas had an accident. it was really quite scary cos she fell from a ladder which was on a table which was on another table!!! so it was like quite high. pain!! then during the make-up session. i have to admit that i was really quite pissed. which i shouldn't be but i was. so i'm wrong.i realised that. but some suggestions made by some people were really quite 'ridiculous' to me. not to mention i have a quick temper. but i managed to rub the make-up off so in the end... PRINCESS SARAH STILL WINS. take that!! received an encouragement note from josh again. nice. made my day. all in all i was quite prepared for the real thing.
then the real thing came. acted out everything. the moment i stepped out onto stage i could hear joy laughing and people saying :"oh my goodness! look at sarah!" thank god i was able to suppress my laughter because i was really gonna explode with bundles of laughter. everything went quite smoothly i thought. and during the curtain call i waved to jamie and shiqi. was very very excited to talk to them. i went like immediately to change after the curtain call so that i could talk to them. even with my jeans and shirt people could still recognize me as the auntie. people i don't even know called me auntie!!! oh man... its a label that i wouldn't want to keep whatsoever. went for supper with jamie and hanrong after that at kfc.
the aftermath was quite great! i talked on the phone really excitedly till it was 2 i think. i was really excited even after the thing ended. don't know why. must be mad.

27th december
was supposed to catch the narnia movie at the shaw towers at bugis at 11.00. when me jamie hanrong gerald douglas weehon reached bugis, gab lee called to say that the movie actually starts at 10.00. didn't believe him so we still went there. and it was true. it was some cocked up misunderstanding from that church who organised this thing. i really felt quite bad for 'leading my friends on' so we decided to go watch the movie at bugis junction instead. and i offered to pay the extra 2 buckaroos that they thought they didn't have to pay. but the movie was real good though. really really good. i enjoyed it super alot.
after the show, we went shopping! the guys actually shopped with us too. good guys. they didn't complain. even when we asked them whether they were bored. they still didn't complain. great friends they are. we went to bugis street. then orchard. far east plaza, heeren and stuff. and finally headed home. bought 2 earrings. BEAUTIFUL. at least i got something for myself this trip. so i'm satisfied. did some catching up with the peeps. felt really great because its not like we can meet up that often. talked to gerald alot more this time. i'm really glad 2 grace is really close. i don't think like many other classes actually still hang out together after so long. its really nice to know.
