monday 7th Aug

our class executives: from left xueling and toon *wink wink* followed by uncle joshua, uncle erjie and auntie audrey.

these people dressed up for the first impressions workshop we were having. they separated the guys' and girls' talk, at first we didn't see the need to, but when the talk started, we understood why. all the talk bout 'muah chees', 'tau sar paos', 'hum chi peng' and airport runways. it was HILARIOUS. gave us tips bout what clothes we should wear and how to make ourselves look better. quite useful actually. but the best part was, they invited someone to thread our eyebrows for us! turns out she's from mendeka's bridal. the one judy recommended celest which in turn introduced it to me. hyok. quite funny. esp watching huisin and her monster eyebrows. it must be real painful for her, seeing the amount of hair on her face, she looked like she went for a fringe trim!

tuesday 8 Aug

the day half the class didn't turn up. but its ok, we had quite alot of fun. actually alot alot of fun. talking nonsense and doing nonsense.

the otah shop pic, part of our race. i don't even know why we had to take it since they didn't even want to see it in the end. but whatever. hyok.

went for a family gathering (paternal) at my uncle's house later that night. wasn't really looking forward to all the screaming kids and anxious adults. but what the heck, my sis and i and a few other older cousins cooped ourselves up in a room until it was time to go. and i realised, i'm quite good at playing speed.

wednesday 9th Aug

went to celebrate lukeluke's birthday at desmond ko's house. so cute, but he still refuses to acknowledge me :( OOOh..isabel is soooooo CUTE! she keeps laughing for nothing and making funny noises. she's barely one month old and she wants to talk! that dear dear baby. and she's sooooo pretty. she'll grow up to be really really beautiful. AWWW... so cute. and she was in this dear dear pink baby minnie baby suit thingy. AWWW... i have to admit. that was the first time i didnt mind pink cos it looked sooooo cute on that little precious gem.

borrowed my cousin's sudoku to play. i decided to try the difficult ones since i thought i was up to standard. but apparently not. I WAS DOWN TO THE LAST 3 BOXES FOR GOODNESS SAKE. and it was wrong!!!!!! how could it be when i was down to the last 3 boxes?!?!?!?! it didn't help that my cousin was whispering to me that i couldn't make it. this kind of feeling is soooo bad. you can't possibly trace back because how would u know which number was the one that was wrong? i felt soooo cheated la!! sigh. wasted one hour on it. SIGH.
