i wanna do a whole chunkawunka shopping! but realised i've just spent $40 on transport. and since i'm working now, i have to have enough money in my irritating adult fared ez link card. so i can't spend anymore, if not i wouldn't earn anymore to top up my bloodsucking ezlink card. anyone been to the campaignforrealbeauty.com webby? i think its really interesting. the adver on tv also makes you think. young cute girls fussing bout their hair and size when in my generation, we were still rolling around in mud and wrestling with boys. maybe not every little girl in my generation would do that, but the idea is there. there was a video on how this seemingly average girl was supposed to do a photo shoot. they made her up, did her hair. and at the end of the day, photoshopped her face to become a really beautiful model-lookalike. but no one could look like that because its all the computer's doing! its true, no wonder our perception of beauty is warped and twisted. met up with jocelyn on sun. that girl is earning bout 1800 a month teaching tuition. i wanna teach tuition too! no wonder she's able to get labels just like that... *envy. but she deserves it since she works so hard for it. she says she only has a few hours of sleep. and on top of that, she's doing very well academically. go girl! anyway, we went to far east plaza. she brought me to 2 shops that were really interesting. one's called b.o.w (bestowed on women) which sells bags that are the complete imitation of desginer labels like chanel, lv etc etc but cost a whole lot cheaper, since its an imitation. when i say cheaper, i mean relatively cheaper as compared to the real thing. hundred bucks compared to a few thousand. its nice. and i saw the lovely reversible bag that i like but its costs 70 plus dollars!! that's quite ex... so i'll have to put that on hold first. another shop we went to was angelica or something like that. this shop sells labels too. some of it are the original retail price. but some labels will have special discounts. like bcbg dresses going for $60. bcbg tops going for $20. etc etc. it would be such a steal to buy these stuff. found a white dress over there that i fell in love with. but the price of 100 plus made it a forbidden love. oh well, i have many of those anyway.
