watched confessions of a teenage drama queen today after dinner. i sorta had an inkling that i've wathed it before and i remember. we were at yvette's house doing something. think it was a chinese new year visitation. the rest of the class went home, elaving only me, yvette, sihan, pengloong and another girl (whom i forgot who)...hmm... or was it jocelyn. anyway, we decided to get bk's for dinner and ended up renting confessions of a teenage drama queen at videoezy. please don't ask me why the guys agreed to it. oh wait. in fact, i think it was the guys who picked it out! they either have a major crush on lindsay, or are just being plain nice, sterotyping the kind of movies that girls actually watch. chick flicks. but anyway, it wasn't that bad a movie. its those kinda feel good movies where there isn't really any lesson to learn or any really bad things happening. just good ol american high school life and the occassional insertions of moral teachings. people like watching good things happen to others...ok. rephrase. NORMAL people like watching good things happen to good people and bad things happen to bad people, and in the end, the bad becomes good, good forgives ex-bad and everyone lives happily ever after. watched future sport with my mom one of the afternoons. with vanessa williams, and the clarkkent in superman the tv series. dont know he's real name. it was quite an interesting show basically, although the plot and characters and neo future outlook of the scenes and the whole show was abit predictable and low budget. haha. but still, it was quite exciting watching people playing a hockey-like game on hoverboards and throwing a 6 inch diameter ball into a 6.1 inch diameter hole to score a point. plus there are not rules in the game and you can basically just bash anyone up. BUT singapore was supposedly in this alliance where they're like the NAZIS. the pan pacific alliance or so they call it. what nonsense. i don't believe singapore would ever be that. one good thing though was that the player that represented singapore is a good girl :). ok. if you've actually read my post till here, you'd realise that you've just wasted 2 mins of your life reading the crappy movie reviews of someone who's just too bored. ok.... so i guess i'm not going to church camp this year. maybe...just maybe if i could squeeze in or even make it in time to book the tickets, i'll be going to hongkong with celest and family! hopefully my mom can join too. but still, we're worried that if i'm going overseas to study, there might be lotsa details to settle and not enough time to go for a holiday. same reason why i'm not going to church camp. but the shopping entices me. hello. HK. shopping paradise!! plus, there's ocean park and disneyland(though the reviews for it weren't that good) soooo....must decide soon before tix run out. where there's shopping, there's bound to be sarah. even though the moolahs in my wallet can't support me, i'll find a way!!sometimes, it feels like i'm a flamingo born into a family of pigeons- lindsay lohan in confessions of a teenage drama queenits hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys- adam sandler in mr deedsjust funny phrases that involve birds.
