updates of the week1. fresh off the pan from today!! i had my first chem prac and i flooded the fumehood. literally. for those who don't know what's a fumehood, its like a big box that's like your private space where you conduct your experiments in, there's a suction fan on the top that sucks up the air, in case any poisonous air comes out from the expt etc. anyway... i was supposed to connect the condenser to the round bottom flask, which i did without any difficulty. then i connected the output pipe and input pump correctly too! BUT it wasn't tight enough. so lo and behold, the input pump came off and water started splashing everywhere. in a panic, i forgot that i could actually off the pump so that water would stop flowing out. i was like:" HOW?! HOW?! HOW?!" then my neighbour quickly switched off the pump and the other neighbour grabbed my worksheet. sigh. that was a quick way to make new friends though. so, in the end, i had a soaked prac manual and a flooded fumehood. 2.daniel maxim babiak would NOT stop drawing moustache(s) on my audrey hepburn pic!!! i printed and pasted the pics on my door and the wall outside my room, and he keeps drawing moustaches on them!! so irritating. AHH! i gave him a toilet bowl. 3.bought desert/choc for 8 of my lovely friends in hall. cheesecake for huilian, hazelnut choc for hazelina, rittersport cornflake choc for hiromi and geraldine, hershey's special dark choc for danbee fai and jiarui (aka jgt, jin gao tu, cos she just really knows how to delay, a new girl in my level! yay!) and last but not least, black forest cadbury choc for the lovely motherly grace my ogl :) they wrote back notes to me to thank me and the f block 4 girls and hazelina pasted them on my door. so sweet right. so now, everyone loves sarah4.i'm the extra in hallplay :( so sad. at first they told me i had some major role, like the "young" main character. then now i'm the extra. they named it really nice though. we're called ensemble. WOW. so not enthu bout it, but whatever. 5.going to YMLC on fri. so early la. 6.15am. sigh....i must be prepared to have a double eyelid on my right eye. 6.zoey stayed over at my room on mon. heh. supposed to be studying for mole gens test the next day but she ended up either falling asleep or eating.tsk tsk. ok, done for now, anymore i'll type again some other time! :)
