went out with cas, mel and ttm on sun to expo. we went there for the library book sale initially, then stumbled upon an IT fair and the watson's sale!
naturally you would know that i'd be excited bout watson's sale. haha.
anyways i bought 6 books from the library book sale for 6 dollars. initially it was $2 each, but it was reaching the closing time, so they had a one for one promotion. met a weirdo there that kept scavenging for people's unwanted books. i was so irritated by him. find your own books la. people take effort, sweat and maybe even blood to find the book they did, and here you are just walking by asking people if they want the book. LAZY. even lazier than us. downright scavengers. ask me 2wice somemore. don't know the meaning of "we want them"?!?!?!?! ok. nvm. i bought a few cookbooks, 1 western, 1 pasta, 1 baking and 1 korean!!! korean food here i come. and i bought a few craft books as well. 1 beading and 1 decoupage. LOVES. i love sales. lol.
i bought 6 handwash from watson's. 6! $1.65 each. cheap right! and 1.95 wet wipes (4 in each pack). i wanted to buy this quite nice trolley back that i thought was $4, but it turned out to be $14.90. so i didn't get it. see? selfcontrol. i have mastered the art of scrutinizing things that you buy. although, it was kinda a waste that mel and i were struggling to put the trolley puller thingy into the bag. i want this bag. only, the cheaper one, waaaaayyy cheaper, with a broader base, bigger and with wheels and a puller thingy. know where to get one anyone?
after, we went to the airport to eat. we are lazy people. walk so little complain so much. lol. i'm guilty of it too. it was an enjoyable day though. i love hanging out with people i love. doing nothing much, nothing serious, nothing important. just hanging out. :)
